The Flying Whisk took flight in the heart of my home, long before it had a name. I started baking when my kids were just little…wide-eyed, sticky-fingered, and always ready to be my most honest taste-testers. They were my first customers, my biggest critics, and my sweetest motivation.
Every batch came with a giggle, a mess, and a verdict: “More chocolate!” or “This one’s a keeper!”
Now, years later, the tradition continues with my grandkids. I still tinker with recipes, always chasing that perfect bite, always learning, always baking with love.
